I wasn't impressed -No one was in the front to seat us - we almost walked out. I could not drink the soft drink I ordered It tasted moldy and they didn't have bottled water. Food was less then mediocre. Steak was tough and had lots of gristle. I was very disappointed. My husband ordered the Fajita Trio. He complained about the steak and said the shrimp were not cooked.
I had an amazing experience at Chili’s Grill & Bar in Zachary ! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. The food came out hot and fresh, and our drinks were always refilled on time without us even having to ask. You can really tell the team here cares about their customers and providing great service. I will definitely be coming back...
Wonderful service from the time we walked in until the time we left. We were seated quickly, our server was awesome, another employee brought chips/salsa to our table & was very nice, the food was really good & they accommodated my substitution request to my dish’s sides. All food was cooked & presented perfectly. My husband was disappointed that they don’t serve chilli anymore, but still many other yummy dishes to choose from! We will definitely go back.
