I waited for around 15 minutes after I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. I was given the wrong order (it was meant for the car in front of me) and when I saw them try to give the food to the correct vehicle, it was turned away. I assume the reason is the food entered my vehicle first. Finally got my food and when I got home, half my order was missing. It’s time to re open the dining area. Traffic is horrible, actually wrapping around the building out into the highway. Very dangerous!!!!
Was in drive thru line for over an hour and could not get out of it due to traffic cones blocking escape! WTH

Update- sat in line all that time to be the told only have regular breast left, no sides and won’t be cooking anything else! Ridiculous!!!!
They have a HUGE we are open sign so I went inside only to be told it was for app order pickup & delivery service pick up only. I almost left however I got in the mile long drive-thru line because I love the chicken sandwich.
It’s time to reopen the dine-in because the location & drive-thru lines are too LONG!
