I was greeted with a smile as soon i walk through the door. Shantelle( im sorry if i spelled it wrong ) and Collea ( sorry again). These two ladies were great. I had an issue( not their fault) but they both help me and did with a smile. This is not common now a days but it should. I will be ordering from them again. The ladies remind me of old customers service and i truly appreciated them today. Thanks again ladies
Had a craving for puzza late and Puzza Hit came through. Pizza was ready when we arrived, still very hot. Delicious puzza made exactly how requested.
Placed online order with special instructions. The manager on duty called to verify the accuracy of the order before it was made. Always customer service at this pizza. Food is always correct and fresh. Order from here all the time.

Pizza Hut in Zachary offers a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant has made efforts to improve its service, with friendly and courteous staff, including a young gentleman with a slight accent who provides excellent customer service. The food is good, with hot and correctly prepared dishes. While past experiences may have been disappointing, the new management and staff have worked hard to provide a positive experience, even for large orders. The restaurant has also shown appreciation for its employees, who work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, Pizza Hut in Zachary is a good choice for those looking for a pleasant meal.
