Mediocre I had more expectations from them since I was in Louisiana. Food was semi warm. Service to place my order was slow. Than it took longer just to make my order, which was a 2pc with dry red beans and rice. SMH! Friendly staff and cool establishment.

Tried to order but the guy miss-understood us so when we went to the window to order they kept on miss understanding us with the order but the guy got mád for some reason, he started to ignore us, he was giving us attitude and stuff, so we just said “never mind” and we were going to go somewhere else, but when we’re about to leave the guy said “yea better option, go hit a bus!” And the other workers there just laughed

One of the best Popeyes Restaurants I've visited. Clean dining area. Staff extremely polite and genuinely nice. The food was on point. Will definitely return to the Zachary location.

Just don't... this place is being run into the ground. It wasn't even busy after going through the drive through they had me pull over to the side to wait then never brought my food out. I eventually went in and got it and the order's all wrong. Spicy instead of mild for my children, didn't give me my mac and cheese and it took an hour. Is this a franchise or does corporate popeyes run stores like this. They must be losing at least a million dollars a year at this location because most people in Zachary see the long lines or just know from experience not to come here. Whoever the owner is should be ASHAMED of themselves.

The people working there are fine, just seems like they have 0 training or leadership

Ya'll should have the outside lights come on much sooner. Pitch black outside, I almost got run over
going to my car by someone going to the drive thru. So dangerous !

really depends on when you go if you go after 4pm check your order i ordered fries with my 8 piece didnt get it but food was good and hot they dont speak at drive thru. but always check your order see if you missing food

Why are the outdoor lights always off around this establishment? There's not a single light on in the parking lot or on the building. Please turn the lights on.
