Terrible. No drinks, had to go in to get them because no one would come back to the window. No flatware, no napkins, no sauces. No one came to the service counter for several minutes to gather the missing items. Rude, dismissive staff.

By far the slowest Popeyes you’ll ever come across. The line is long because everyone has to wait 30 minutes for the chicken to get ready. All they cook is chicken…. You’ll have to pull away from the window so you aren’t going against their timer. Don’t be in a rush for your food if you come here.

if l could give zero star l would ,this is most terrible store in la.line is always long and move very slow not because good food and service, take 25 min. to get to speaker to order and another 20 min.to get the food . very rude employee start with evening manger

This is the most poorly run Popeyes in America. The restaurant is generally filthy and the staff with the exception of a few associates is horrible. Most notably is Troy the belligerent worker who claims to be the manager. If you cite your displeasure with the restaurant and Troy in particular and let him know that you intend to contact corporate Troy will tell you “ that he doesn’t care and to “get” after it”. Pathetic doesn’t start this restaurant

Went inside 2 different times with ordering on the app previously and both times I had to wait 30 minutes plus to get my food it’s ridiculous they only care about the drive through and not the people inside also I ordered a large RED BEAN AND RICE and both of the times these lower intelligent beings gave me a mashed potato get the orders right!

I made an order a 5:36pm leaving my college campus. My order should’ve been ready at 5:55pm. By the time I got there, I saw several other people waiting on their orders. There is a young boy at the front counter who barely even helped anyone. All he did was walk to the front register for two seconds and leave for another 10 minutes and do the same thing repeatedly. Here I am, waiting for my order, losing patience. I wasn’t even the only one frustrated but several other people were. Those people complained on the phone to their relatives while another woman hadn’t even been given the chance to order. My mom called me twice during that whole thing. When she called me, 42 minutes had gone by total when added together. Then, when the incompetent boy finally noticed me, MY ORDER WAS NOT EVEN MADE YET. By now, an entire hour has gone by. They finally gave me my order only for the chicken to not even taste right. The chicken was soggy and over seasoned and the ranch tasted expired. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. That but should not be at the front counter of all he is going to do is walk away constantly for 10 minutes at a time and only come back for two seconds. If you can’t handle an app for customers to order from, then DONT HAVE THE APP. I should not have been waiting over an hour for my order when I ordered it 15 minutes ahead of time. This is definitely the worst Popeyes ever. Even when my family tried to order all dark meat, they gave us all white meat. They do it every time. I would not recommend this Popeyes at all to anyone who is reading this. The woman in front of me who had been there longer has every right to be angry. Especially when that same boy took her order and left only to come back 12 minutes later and say they were waiting for her order. Excuse me, shouldn’t the chicken already be made? What bothers me is how people order online and get no acknowledgement while the drive thru is more prioritized yet those people in the drive thru get the exact same treatment. These employees don’t care about their customers. The neglect them. That same woman was fed up and ended up demanding a refund which was rightfully owed. If you want advice to anyone watching, don’t waste your time at this pathetic excuse of a restaurant.

I gave this location one star for having the lights on. This was my first visit….. cars were wrapped around the building so I went inside and whoah, twelve patrons leaning against the wall so I asked had they had been waited on. The look on their face and the answer a mature lady gave blew my mind…..There is no chicken available?????. ? NONE? I asked and she reaffirmed her previous comment. 7pm and no chicken at all. This can’t be right??? The sign reads Popeyes Chicken. C’mon now Popeyes!!!! You can do better or do nothing! Why pay salaries or the light bill if you aren’t gonna deliver the goods? Sad!
