You Never know what you’re gonna get when you go to Subway In Zachary. This particular time it was an older lady working she was just extremely rude for no apparent reason coming in hot with every single question I had. Acting like she hates her life and her job. The young guy who made my sandwich, wiped his nose with his wrist. Yes, he had gloves on, but that is disgusting. My sandwich was disgusting. Did not eat it at all. Somebody needs to do better definitely needs to work on your customer service!!!!!

During my recovery at home due to a broken ankle, I have twice through UberEats ordered from this location. On both occasions, I reached out to the store with specific instructions for my sandwich preparation, and Karen graciously accommodated my requests. Her exemplary customer service is truly commendable. I deeply value establishments that provide direct communication options, like having a phone, as apps often lack the flexibility for special instructions. However, what is even more gratifying is encountering someone genuinely willing to assist. My heartfelt thanks to Karen and the entire Subway family in Zachary!

I arrived 12/29/24 @ 3pm and there were three workers in the store sitting down playing on their phones. I stood at the counter waiting to place my order. I wasn’t acknowledged the whole time I stood there. I feel sorry for the owner. His or her workers are running this place into the ground.

The workers were rude. They added stuff to my sub even though i told them i didn't want it. They didn't put cheese on my whole sub only on one half. I didn't ask for only cheese on half. Then they tryed to make me pay twice.

The staff was terrible. The young lady came from the back, looked at me, and yelled for someone else to help me. She never said a word as I was waiting. She didn't make eye contact, nothing but walked back and forth. Then the young man came out, put gloves on, and stood there looking at me and finally asked for my order. He said, "How are you?" I answered, and then he started talking to his coworker. No one said thank you when I checked out just bad service. I really hope one of those people was not a manager.

The service was subpar. Three teens behind the counter. The one taking orders had an attitude when I was asking about the sandwich type I was looking for (neck roll and all). The other workers were palatable. The service was swift even though the crowd grew fast. But the atmosphere was already tense with aggravation. I came in the door to them complaining about shifts and hours and other team members, not an ounce of a greeting though.

Hours reflect 9:00 pm closing time. Called this location at 8:30 pm was told they were closing and could not take my order. Asked if I could do online was told no. Told them I would come in to place it and Girl told me I did not have enough time to make it their. OKAY..So basically was refused service.
The employee actually made the sandwich as asked for it. 7nlije MCds OR BK....I didn't need to repeat order multiple times. Lean restaurant as well.

I ordered from DoorDash. I ordered 2 footlongs \\u0026 2 salads. One of the footlongs was super soggy. It also had a ton of sauce on there, which was not requested. This was honestly my first bad experience with this location. The workers there are always super nice, respectful, and helpful. The food is always on point. This was the only partially bad experience I had. I threw the sandwich away, as I could not stomach the sogginess and whatever that added sauce was.
