Night shift horrible! Evening shift always had my order right. I ordered a cantina chicken burrito.. They gave me cantina chicken with rice inside the taco.. I paid for the creamy garlic sauce and both times they did not put it in the bag..Yall need to have a manger on night shift or sum because this is really aggravating that they keep messing up peoples orders . On top of that not being at the window when a car pulling up bc they’re in the back playing around.. do better Taco Bell

I placed an online order and paid extra for certain swaps and customization. The entire order was wrong, there was tomatoes on everything even when I specifically put no tomatoes. None of my customizations were completed. The best part of it all is that they were completely dead, no one else in there but me. They will never be getting my business again and I don’t suggest they get yours unless you want to eat a completely different order than what you wanted.

The taco wasn't even warm and the meat was disgusting in flavor.
The manager didn't care the first thing about how long I waited

Worst Taco Bell ever! I waited more than 20 minutes for my order. I had to ask about it twice. They were not busy! I watched the worker make half my order and then let it sit there for more than 10 minutes while he did something else. When I finally got my food, most of it was cold. The crunchy tacos were soggy and disintegrated. I had to go back to get something they left out. The food was terribly put together and thrown in the bag.
