This was our first time to this location. As a party of 5 We spent 2 plus hours before going to a concert across the street. When we arrived place was pretty empty. Service was slow. Appetizers were all really good. Two of us had entrees also very good. Service was just slow and spotty at best. Server was nice but clearly new or just not attentive.
A very very alien place but has a conventional horseshoe bar. Staff were exceedingly polite and friendly. They are really PASSIONATE about music, singing and dancing. They offer about 10 intimate private party rooms for rent at 60 to 70 dollars per hour. VERY FEW AMERICANS HAVE EVER DREAMED OF A PLACE SUCH AS THIS. It's extraordinary, alien, bizarre. Central theme: karaoke singing.Parking: Neighbohood shindig: narly ALL patrons arrive on foot, believe it or not.

I was in on 3/9. We were sat away from the bar (amazing) and could hear each other talk. Our server was hannah. As someone who has worked in the service industry for a decade, she is amazing. Beyond perceptive. She must have noticed from afar we werent using straws, and swung by to quietly leave some on the table. Which she already had done when giving us the drinks, we just didnt use them. That’s a level of skill that goes unnoticed often. Thank you
