My first ever visit was on a slow weekday. Kyle made me feel like an old friend, providing an undue level of service one does not normally get in a bar at 2pm. We go back almost weekly now. Mario Kart monday’s, dart league tuesdays, merch nights on wednesday and thursday. The Avenue is part of the Allston community and makes you feel connected to everyone else. Favorite bar while visiting Boston , great selection of cocktails and beers. Had the cry baby burger and was delicious. Better than the Gordon Ramsey burgers in downtown ? . Super cool atmosphere \m/

I used to live in Allston and the only thing that I’ve missed since moving is the Ave. The service is always on point, the wings and tacos are incredible, and the drinks are always made perfectly. It’s shocking they only have 4.5 starts because the least they deserve is 5!
