Why did I just watched two separate people get harassed by the bilingual employee with the du-rag just picking up some nuggets from a mobile order that's wild. One of those people simply complained that they got the wrong flavor of milkshake and this person yelled at this paying customer in front of everyone trying to embarrass him and then in Spanish ( yes it's crazy that some of us speak more than one language!) EDIT: after all that, my order ended up being wrong….it wasn’t complicated and usually they’re on point. I miss the old staff. They were very efficient and organized. This is a mess.
