“Saw Joe Bonamassa on August 30th - what a show!! Joe was fabulous as expected, but the big surprise was his band, who were phenomenal, especially Reese on keys and his backup gutarist Josh, who had some very tasty leads when allowed to show his skills. Also want to give a huge shout-out to those amazing backup singers - 3 talented and lovely ladies with astounding voices and tons of personality. Excellent show, and The Casino Ballroom, as always, is a great place to see acts in a more intimate setting.“

“Great hidden spot to eat. We went with a friend and it was a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress was awesome, she suggested the cauliflower pizza, at first I was skeptical, but she highly recommended it. I'm not gluten-free and loved it. It was more like a thin crust pizza and I would get it again for sure. My husband had a chicken wrap with sweet potato fries, which the wrap was good, fries were great. Our friend had steak tips with mashed potatoes and broccoli, she enjoyed it and the portion size was generous where she had leftovers. Our waitress didn't rush us ans told us we could wait out the severe thunderstorm happening even after our bill was paid. Great place with exceptional service!“

“Look this is an old school bar with fair prices and probably the only true bar left in town. It's not fancy but it's a lot fancier than it used to be. The food was alway ok but this new guy knows how to select and fry a piece of fish you will be hard pressed to find a better piece of fried fish in town. Sorry I lready had a bite“

“Classic beach bar! Off season visit, so it was not crowded. This was my first visit that did not involve a crowded group of road racers. The Carousel hosts the Hangover Classic 5k and 10k. So much fun with all the racers, this visit was very subdued.“

“The first time we visited Hagan’s Grill was 2 years ago the weekend of our wedding. The food and service was fantastic. We live fairly far but made a point to come back for our anniversary this year. Our experience was everything we could’ve asked for. My husband had called ahead and made some special requests, and Anthony delivered. He took the time to talk with my husband and catered to each and every request that he had. He was our server and was super friendly and certainly went above and beyond. Our food once again came out delicious. (Highly recommend the short ribs!). Our experience was unmatched, the ambience is really nice with low lighting, candles etc. If you haven’t been, you should definitely visit Hagan’s Grill.“

“Small bar scene with so many burger toppings. It’s more of a dive scene with a lot of locals. This place is definitely hindered by its location as only locals know it exists. The exterior makes it look closed and uninviting. If the exterior had more lights and windows it would look more inviting. However the burger menu is awesome.“

(Don’t forget a Jim bean rocks with 1 good cherry 14 dollars) and about 1 1/2 fingers of amaretto straight)for 11 dollars) You’re better off spending your money somewhere else.. honestly. I’m a chef and understand rising costs however this is crazy however the service was pretty solid.“
