“I’m not sure which was better… the phenomenal smoothie I had - The Avery Special - or the superior customer service. My smoothie was the perfect balance of banana, peanut butter, and cacao nibs. I was thrilled to see so many options for me with several food intolerances. It is so apparent just how much love and hard work the co-owners put into their business. They were genuinely interested in my feedback on the smoothie and clearly care about a positive customer experience. While I waited for my smoothie, I had the loveliest conversation with Sophia, the young woman working the register. I enjoyed learning more about the menu and what some of her favorites are. I cannot wait to try more of the menu!“
“I first started going to the Newburyport store many years ago (occasionally), but have been earning many loyalty bonuses since (love the Red White & Blue Acai bowl & the Espresso Yo’self Smoothy). The staff are always welcoming and friendly.“
“If you like slushes then this place you have to visit. When I stay at the beach I go to the slush factory at least twice a day while I’m there. U can fill your own cup with the flavors u like the most.“

“The Juicery is a great spot for a refreshing smoothie or açaí bowl. It’s become a staple of downtown Newburyport.
I especially appreciate their impeccable customer service. Every order is fulfilled quickly and with care. An online order mishap was handled with professionalism and courtesy by Emma, with whom it is a joy to interact. Lareina is another employee who is able to juggle multiple tasks and answer any questions with ease. I always look forward to seeing these two on any visit!“

“First time to the Flamingos Coffee Bar in Exeter and I loved it! The coffee was great and the gluten free breakfast sandwich + gluten free carrot cake were amazing! The staff were friendly and efficient and knew all about celiac. I highly recommend!“

“Everyone was always nice when we stopped by, wait time was great for having all fresh ingredients. Bowls always look beautiful and delicious! Just wish you could substitute without being charged the extra.
Kid-friendliness: Love that there are so many fruit and base options. My child’s new obsession are these bowls and that’s a win for me!“
