“Absolutely love it here! Whenever my boyfriend and I are in the area, I make sure we stop by. Originally, I wanted to come here for the smoothies but I tried a megatea and became obsessedd. I usually get the Florida Sunrise flavor, which is amazing if you like citrusy tropical flavors (: However, when we stopped by today, the kind man asked me what flavors I liked and made me a custom flavor combo. I think I said I usually like orange, strawberry, peach, maybe pineapple? It was really good! Love the customer service here and everyone is so kind, I will keep coming back! The ice is crushed and small and chewable which I also love!“

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“I just went in there to get a latte and had multigrain toast. My experience was amazing and I had the server name was. Yeri and she was very prompt and courteous, and the guy who took my order was the manager. His name was Mike. I got a second latte. His name was Elvis and Cat was the person who comes by with the food. All of them were great work together and just want to give kudos in a compliment to this place. “My first time at this location. Friday lunchtime very busy. Parking lot and drive-thru were both busy. No problem getting a table. Normally it is counter service. Before ordering, we sat at a table near the bar to check out the menu. A server asked if we wanted table service. We said yes! Food was delicious and filling. 2 of us had bowls and the other had a salad. Lots of fresh and grilled veggies, protein and sauces. So tasty! Reasonably priced for the quality of the food.“

I ordered one of their veggie burgers, and it was genuinely satisfying. the mac and cheese on the side was creamy and enjoyable, though it could have used a bit more flavor. still, I liked its overall taste.

“I’m a big fan of bubble tea. I love the Thai milk tea with bubbles. It tastes amazing. I keep going there very often. The store is clean and neat. It can easily accommodate 20 people. Service time is quick, you should get your order within 5min. I felt the bubbles added was very less for a large serving. Parking could be an issue. You will have to find a street parking, which could be challenging over the weekends. Staff is friendly.“

“I stopped by Kung Fu Tea at the Rockingham Mall and honestly had such a good experience. The drinks were delicious, perfectly made, and the staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked up to the counter.

I ended up getting the Mango Green Tea, and it was to die for! If you’re not sure what to order, can't go wrong with that.

Also, shoutout to the super cute server, Mariko working when I came in — she was really friendly, patient helping me choose my drink (She recommended the Orea Wow for my next visit!) and had such a positive energy that made the whole visit even better. You can tell there is an actual care for the customer experience here.

“I visited today for the first time and picked up a combo banh mi and a taro smoothie with boba. The banh mi was very good - the baguette was fresh and crispy and it had the right mix of vegetables to meat. The smoothie was good as well. I will agree with other reviewers that I'm a little surprised that a banh mi is $10 and is not gigantic. Maybe I'm spoiled or maybe it's just inflation but I was getting a lot more for my money with a banh mi at other places a few years ago.

I might go back but if I'm in the area again, I would probably check out some of the competition.
