The people at the window do not understand English you ask for extra splenda they have no idea what you're saying. They have to go get a manager and then you have to tell the manager that you need splenda I'm not picking on anyone. My parents came over here from another country but we were always teaching our parents how to speak English. The drive-thru is not the place to put someone on English speaking when America is English speaking first

I visited this McDonalds today with my 4 year old and 5 month old. The women who took my order was very kind and even brought my food over to me so I didn’t have to lug the car seat back to the counter. Then when we were heading to the pay area another worker helped me by bringing my food into the play area for me. Which was so helpful and greatly appreciated. She saw that I was going to head back up to the counter since they forgot to give me my fries and she took it along...read full review
