Female cashier in the am likes to stare at me like she's infatuated creepy way on university drive in amherst. Last three times I've been there and Everytime she works I catch her staring at me like twice for three seconds each. Like she has nothing better to do than stare at me while she's working. Mind you I already paid for my stuff no problems. Then when it's slow for a few min that's when she stares at me pretty hardcore. Lady there's always something for you to do!! i was not prepared but the barista was friendly patient and understanding, I ask for large coffee and the barista asked me if wanted hot or cold and I froze because I didn't have an answer I didn't know what I wanted, but she was great and made me feel less embarrassed and dumb then i actually was, thank you <3

This location as of January 2024 is Horrendously understaffed. Wait time is forever. This place has some serious management issues, you can tell the employees are trying their best but it seems like they are way over stressed by the ratio of customer orders to employees leading to mistakes in orders all the time… while you are placing your order in the drive through they are taking the order of somebody else in the store thanks to their earpiece all while they are checking out...read full review
