Well, this is one of those experiences where you realize “oh, every other time I’ve had this food it was done improperly” because wow. I thought I knew tonkotsu ramen, but I didn’t.

I didn’t realize that the collagen and bone broth when boiled over long periods actually creates a creamy white color underneath the fatty delicious umami goodness of the broth. It was just as beautiful to look at and experience as it was to eat. Just blown away by how...

Authenticity is unmatched. Imported beverages that taste amazing. Note: They do close for an hour or so in the afternoon. Otherwise, friendly staff, cool vibe and cool interior design.

The food was excellent.. Can only recommend the Spicy Tonkotsu shio Ramen and the pork bun because that is what I had this time..they were both fantastic!!! The atmosphere is fun... We ordered food on the app from the table.. service was adequate.. Would highly recommend this place..
