Karma is a restaurant that has an atmosphere that you can enjoy with family with a couple or with friends They make a delicious piña colada. I order it without alcohol and it's really good. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. It is a good place.

my friend told me about this place at the beginning of the year and told me the sushi and appetizers were extremely good. i am a huge fan of sushi, so i had to find out myself.
upon first arrival, i was shocked honestly. the restaurant was very clean and had a nice vibe/ambiance to it. the lighting is very nice, and it's the perfect spot for a date or night out with the family.
the food though? it was SPECTACTULAR!!! I highly recommend the fried gyozas and the hamachi spoons. the hamachi appetizer is very unique, and its worth trying if you want to try something new! The sushi is still to this day, the best sushi i've ever had. the snow maki roll is something i always think about. its perfect. everyone has to try it at least once. i promise you'll enjoy it, alongside the other sushi rolls they have. i also love the shrimp fried rice, and the general gao's chicken. ever since going in the beginning of the year, i've found myself bringing friends and family to experience this place if they've never been. hell, I've even been here for solo dining. its just that worth it.
overall, this is the best place for sushi if you're in the andover area. the food and service is the best. please give this place a try. its worth every dollar!

On Mother’s Day Eve, May 10th, 2025, my friends and we craved Asian cuisine. We were unaware that it was beginning to be the dinner rush and that many others shared our desire. Despite the hour-and-a-half wait and the absence of a reservation, a woman overheard our conversation with the hostess and promptly intervened. She patiently accommodated our request, securing two seats at the bar and allowing us to retain our names on the waiting list should we decide to dine there. Within fifteen minutes, we were seated and grateful for her assistance.
Although I rarely write reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. The woman’s exceptional hospitality is rare in today’s service industry. I sincerely thank Missy for her kindness and for making our dining experience enjoyable. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Karma used to provide good food at a reasonable prices. As karma grew they replaced their menu and website with very fancy but annoying website. The fancy looking menu represent a much lower quality food and much higher price. I have tried a number of items from the menu such as Mongolian beef is subpar meat and the oil used is of lower quality. Some sort of seed oil which is not healthy. For vegetables it is mostly chopped onion. I paid $30. Further unless you are white blue eyes and 6 feet tall as a guy you won't get service consistently. At one time I asked to be moved to a table to finally get a drink. People are nice. The management and owner I regret to say I don't recommend them.

This place is absolutely delicious!! I ordered crab ragoons as an appetizer it was delicious it melts in your mouth. I also ordered the salt and vinegar jalapeno chicken wings they were outstanding. For the dinner portion we had the pineapple fried rice spicy with shrimp and chicken and it was lights out!! We will be back or order delivery place is great. Very comfortable and nice place to enjoy dinner!!

Very well presented food all night. Had the private room and decent service throughout. Food looks great and very insta friendly but lacked real hard hitting taste

Were lucky enough to get a reservation on MC move-in day. We brought our son and one of his roommates, both athletes so I was expecting a lot of food. First off, the menu is massive, lots of great selections and variety of Asian fusion cuisine. We had some sushi, very fresh. Ordered some pineapple rice and hotpots to enjoy. Service was right on the ball, and we had a good meal. My only gripe was how loud the restaurant was. Glad they were busy, but it is hard to have a normal conversation at dinner with the volume. Pricing was appropriate. I would return.
