Very well made noodles and friendly staff
Absolutely delicious food across the board, consistently. Expect an hour wait during prime time. I don't think I'll ever order the Max size again it's basically the same as regular with an extra egg (photos of one max and one regular).
My girlfriend and I made it a thing to go around and try different ramen restaurants, as i'm sure many others do to finally find “The Spot”. We first came across this place on a whim, just looking for places about a year or two ago. Since then, we have tried numerous other places but we always seem to come back to Akita Ramen.
