Dont go here if you are in a rush at all. The drive thru consistently has you park in the curbside spots and make you wait 5-10 minutes for your food. And they do this to keep ticket times down so then you get to sit in a spot and wait while you watch people behind you get their food and leave. This is even applicable to mobile orders. Whats the point of ordering ahead of you still have to wait

The 5 minutes it takes to drive to a slightly further location is well worth avoiding the lackluster service and headache this location has to offer. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witness at any McDonald’s I have ever been to. I will make it a point to not return simply based on principle alone.

I couldn't even get my order through the drive-thru mike, because the person on the other end clearly didn't understand what I was saying, or just wasn't paying attention.
The communication if service were appalling I would not recommend going here, just based on the inability for me to even communicate my order to the person listening

After multiple incomplete (man, I really wanted that strawberry pie this morning) and slightly wrong orders, I’m compelled to write a review, haha. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to where you absolutely need to check to make sure they gave you what you asked for. Make sure you get a receipt so you can march back and demand what’s missing.

Hanley at the order window was one of the most kind and professional employees I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. Hanley you're the best buddy. other than that this location stinks. girl taking the order was miserable and nasty, get her off the order screen. food was gross, old and stale threw it away. got me AGAIN McDonald's the rotten food in the drive threw trick. also forgot my sauce.
