I came to McDonald’s this morning looking to get some breakfast. I waited 45 minutes with my food was not finished and the manager told me that because I’ve ordered a five minutes before I would have to wait longer. Definitely will not go back to this McDonald’s location.

Recently made a mobile order for breakfast here. When I got to the window, all I received was my coffee, and then I was asked to pull forward to one of the drive thru parking spots, which I did. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes, and it was clear they forgot my order. I let one of the employees know, and a few minutes later he arrived with my order, which had an extra free McGriddle inside, as well as a coupon for a free Big Mac. I don't know if this is standard practice, but I certainly never experienced it. Although they took a long time and admittedly I will not be placing a mobile order again, I did appreciate the gesture, and felt it deserved recognition.

Door was locked so I couldn't pick up my mobile order at 6pm. Very slow and no one ever comes to the front counter, they all hide in the back.

Drive thru experience , want sent to waiting spot without any explanation while cars in front and behind me were able to have their foods. Waited about 20 minutes for food When food was finally brought out it was cold, burger was unwrapped and no apologies

Typical McDonald's but service was great and food was warm.
Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Hot & Spicy chicken sandwiches with tomatoes, a diet coke, regular coke and small fry. We were in the line for a good 20 minutes before we received our food. The chicken sandwiches had the paper stating to add tomatoes but when I bit into my sandwich there was no tomatoes but cheese. I'm not entirely sure how you can mistake orange cheese for red tomatoes.
