I have a low bar for McDonald's but this one can't even manage to figure out how to operate a drive thru. Very slow service times and they mess up my order 50% of the time

I couldn't even get my order through the drive-thru mike, because the person on the other end clearly didn't understand what I was saying, or just wasn't paying attention.
The communication if service were appalling I would not recommend going here, just based on the inability for me to even communicate my order to the person listening

After multiple incomplete (man, I really wanted that strawberry pie this morning) and slightly wrong orders, I’m compelled to write a review, haha. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to where you absolutely need to check to make sure they gave you what you asked for. Make sure you get a receipt so you can march back and demand what’s missing.

Hanley at the order window was one of the most kind and professional employees I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. Hanley you're the best buddy. other than that this location stinks. girl taking the order was miserable and nasty, get her off the order screen. food was gross, old and stale threw it away. got me AGAIN McDonald's the rotten food in the drive threw trick. also forgot my sauce.

I just got an ice cream sundae, and it had a hair in it. I tried showing it to a McDonald's at a different location, but they didn’t do anything. I also called the store, but they didn’t answer. I promised my son that I would buy him a treat, and now I can’t reach anyone for help. This is ridiculous! I don’t appreciate finding hair in my ice cream, and it makes me question their hand hygiene as well.

They are so bad at service! They forgot the spoon to a mc flurry and sauces also gave the wrong drink size and another thing they kept giving out orders without calling numbers, so people would get confused. It wouldn’t even be just us, it was with everyone. It’s reasonable that It’s a Friday and they could just be really Busy and make a few mess ups I would’ve let that slide, but they just kept messing up too many times.
