The food here is great, especially the crazy noodle. Service is a little slow but very nice people.

loved the food there. Curry, wide noodles and beef are all so good.

Went here recently to meet up with some family, some who has never had thai before. Everyone loved it including myself who is not new to this. Also they had hard to get items in the winter like fresh spring rolls or basil rolls as they call them. Had to keep some family from touching the art on the walls.

I had a coconut chicken soup that was awesome and also a noodle with chicken. The chicken noodle portion was a lot of food.

Used to be good but getting lower in quality. Been going for years and never had to wait over an hour for take out. They are also skimping out on the jumbo shrimps for the fried rice and corn for the pad si u. Loved the food but the price for the quality is insane. A lot of onions for the fried rice too like.

The $100 takeout at 6:30pm Saturday night was borderline gross. We've been coming here for years, not our favorite but reliable and close. Something is totally different. More so than the food being bland and mushy. It tasted old too. We haven't been in a few months, this is the first time there wasn't a line waiting for takeout. Something is wrong here.

Used to love this place. Last two times I’ve ordered, it has been a total mess. Quoted 20 mins for pickup tonight, and I’ve been standing here for an hour and 20 minutes. No explanation. No offer to comp anything. Last time.

Thai Sweet Basil is tucked away in a strip mall in Andover Mass. The food here is very tasty and authentic, I started with the Ground Chicken Ka Prow traditionally served with two fried eggs on top. The chicken was cooked very well with a slight smoky taste from the wok 😋 also really liked the chicken sautee. Only miss is I would really like a side of fish sauce with fresh sliced Thai chillies but had to settle for chilli sauce. Service was very good, our server was very nice 👍

Ordered the Fresh Basil Rolls and the rice paper was oversoaked which made them mushy and sticky. I had to throw them away because of the texture. This is the 2nd time buying them hoping for a better outcome but unfortunately it was not better. Also, the sauce that is usually served with these is a peanut butter hoison sauce but theirs tastes like ginger and I did not enjoy it.

I have had the thai iced tea and drunken noodles and do enjoy it ! I just hope they can stop oversoaking the rice paper for these rolls and improve the quality :)

Estimated 20min, took over an hour, lost my order, came back out to ask me what kind of meat over an hour after I last ordered

Food was estimated 20 min, took over 45. Don’t come if you’re in a rush.

Crazy egg noodle. Too salty and lack of noodles. Looks like lunch size. I paid around $17 but I think $10 is proper price.

Horrible customer service. I showed up before they close the kitchen. They would not take my order. Called them 5 times before I arrived to order and they would not pick up the phone.
