Don’t ever accept a DoorDash for this place they are super slow. They are shortstaffed and the pizza that they make is some vegan or something like that which always takes them a long time. I’ve literally never come here and actually had my order ready. The pizza is good, but like I said, it takes a really long time and they’re always behind schedule.
Pizza is really good here, strongly prefer the standard pepperoni but tried the bacon/pineapple/hot honey last night and it was quite good. Garlic knots are also very good!
Delicious stuff! Quick service at dinner time on a weekday. Easy to order online or by phone. The atmosphere in this Otto is nice, it’s a proper pizza joint. I love the double dough margherita & the buffalo cauliflower. I recommend this chain for vegetarians & vegans.
WARNING: Do not order pizza online for pickup unless you tip, otherwise you will be retaliated against and receive a poor quality pizza.
Third time this has happened. I've ordered from this place several times over the years. Three times I have forgotten to tip, and three times I received a horrible, practically inedible pizza (and ONLY those three times, this only happens when I forget to tip and never in any other circumstance).
This is completely immature and unprofessional. Seriously? You're going to deliberately ruin the pizza I paid for because I forgot to click a button?
The first time this happened I ignored it as a one off, the second time I became suspicious, after this third time today I am 100% sure this is what is going on. I'm not here to start a tipping debate but this really rubbed me the wrong way and honestly, it made me wonder what else they might do to a pizza out of some minor grudge.
Pizza was so blah for the price. Service was just as terrible as the pizza. It was so cold in the place.

My pizza was listed on the menu as having an artichoke cream sauce & herbs. It came with NO sauce (& no herbs for that matter), which made for a weird & disappointing lunch.
Dietary restrictions: The menu has many gluten free & dairy ftee options. It even denotes which pizzas have tomato sauce, for anyone allergic to tomatoes.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is NOT wheelchair accessible. I called beforehand and was told it's wheelchair accessible. There is a big step on the front door posing a barrier to wheelchairs.

Good pie, and if you want just a slice, you get just a slice. But the slices are like two.

I had a terrible experience with an order from OTTO via Uber Eats. After taking a bite of the pizza, I felt an alarming crack in my mouth, only to discover that the pizza contained a small, stone-like object. Unfortunately, this caused my tooth to chip. I was given the contact information for the manager, but despite my efforts to reach out, I never received a response.
Good pizza slices. Some good combo options.

Just tried Otto in Biddeford. It was my first time in. I assumed it might be busy the weekend after the 4th so I ordered ahead for take out and when I arrived at 5pm July 6th every table was empty so I told the guy at the counter I would like to just eat at a table and I would have liked to see what else I could order for drinks but he quickly responded with “you’re not allowed to eat here if you order take out because the servers won’t get paid” I was shocked by this low level of service. I will not be back. There’s a ton of pizza places that make pizza just as good, if not better! It’s a shame to be treated like this when I am a local who would have ordered pizza regularly if I experienced friendly service. You guys might want to train your front of house staff members on basic service standards. Maybe try selling me a beverage and offer me to look at a menu. The lobby was empty! Such a fail on his part. Sales is not for everyone.
