Located across the street from the Capitol Theater, we had a great early dinner before a movie. Tried the unusual sesame salmon over soba noodles—so tasty—others had Tavern burger and Cubano. Tavern makes the BEST steak fries. Glad this friendly restaurant is in our neighborhood!
We were a group of 5..... our waitress was great- friendly, professional, and prompt. Each person enjoyed their food.
Inventive menu. Quality ingredients, well prepared. The pastrami was excellent. Bao chicken was different but tasty
What can I say about ATT, so many great items on the menu and so many unique little touches to go with your meal. For apps , we had it all from the amazing Taven Taquitos to the froed Cheese Balls. I tried all the sauces that go with but the one that really stood out was the sweet red chili sauce (I may be wrong on the name) For my Main I had the Turkey Tips cookedperfectly and opted for the ATT legendary steak fries. My wife went with the veggie burger which never disappoints. Our friends had the Lemon Thyme Thighs (try saying that 5 times) They were juicy and delicious , and the Tavern Stir Fry, a very popular dish for a reason. Bravo to the Owner and Staff on a job well done.
Dinner at Town Tavern before a movie at Capital Theatre works out great for our group. Consistently good food, varied menu, great service.
My fried chicken was delicious as was my wife's Caesar salad. We had friendly, prompt service.
Service was great and music just at the right level to get the best ambiance while able to hear everybody talking at our big people (9 people). Food was delicious and the beer tasty. Nice Halloween cocktail menu (pretty spooky ;))
Our waitress was lovely and attentive and the food was delicious. Had a great time catching up with friends and noise level allowed us to talk and be heard. Great spot
Turkey tips were delicious as was my wife's vegetable stir fry. Prompt, courteous service. Nice neighborhood vibe.
One of the few places I order some thing different every time and it's always delicious. Great service, delicious food, reasonable prices, and a fun and lively neighborhood joint that's a great place for families, a date night, watching a game, playing trivia, or darts, or listening to live music! The outdoor seating is an added bonus.

Always a great meal at Town Tavern! Outside seating was so nice on a beautiful evening. All of our meals were delicious: shrimp skewers, haddock sandwich, hamburger, and penne Angelo.
Our first visit. Food was very good and quite different. Service was good and food was out quickly. We are definitely going back.
Music too loud especially when the place is packed. Makes it hard to have a conversation. Maybe turn it down in the back room for folks who want it a little quieter. The food and service is always great and that's what keep me coming back. The Tavern is my "go to" place for casual dining.
We had our annual memorial birthday luncheon for a friend who passed away two years ago. The service was lovely and kind, the food good and everyone was able to find good choices no matter what they prefer to eat. Town Tavern is a kind and welcoming place and we in Arlington are so lucky to have it here.
The fried chicken sandwich was more batter than chicken, super disappointed. The black and brew had good meat but the bread was soggy and greasy. Overall, I would not return.
