Interesting place. Was a speakeasy in the 1920s. It's an older house chopped up into little dining areas. The duck confit was delicious. I had the pan seared cod, also fresh and very tasty. The wine list had great offerings. I chose a Sav blanc. Mixed drinks and beer also served. My date ordered the steak. Cook to his liking. Dessert was bread pudding to die for. The have outdoor seating in season.

The food was amazing and the service was just as good. The drinks were flowing correctly as well and I will definitely be back if I'm ever in MA again.

5's all around. I enjoyed how they take your order all at once and know when to bring it out. I didn't feel rushed and was able to enjoy my conversation while eating delicious food. I had the gnocchi, mushroom soup, cod and chocolate mousse, all of which I recommend. I intended on only trying the mousse ended up finishing it all.I tried my friend's steak and was glad it wasn't my dish, only because I liked mine so much better. She also had the cheesecake which was just ok. I will be back!

Went for the first time on a Saturday evening, a bit early. Place was not busy. Decor is that of a run down pub, or maybe bar, with many small, sort of dingy rooms. It was a cold night and the place was chilly, We had to keep our coats on the whole night. The special appetizer, around $13 was a pork rillette - it was somewhat under-seasoned and serve a little to cold. The veal stew was passable, but contained a minimal amount of meat - about $23. Most people I saw ordered the Oregon steak, which appeared to be a good size sirloin strip. Perhaps that's a better choice than the more exotic, but unexciting choices on the menu.

I can't believe I never wrote them a review before because it's by far our favorite restaurant in the area. Such a cute atmosphere in the old house and the most delicious food for a great value. I also love the cocktails.

Food was beautiful! Greg sized portions, perfectly done meats and pastas, and ambiance is a 100 year old house I couldn't believe this place existed and am glad we gave it a shot.

This place has really cute ambiance. I went without knowing where we were going, and I was pretty over-dressed. It's a semi-casual place. It has a speakeasy vibe and that old-timey house vibe. The rosemary prosciutto gnocchi was to die for! "The steak" was huge - it did have a decent amount of fat, but I think that was just the cut. The flavor was amazing. I also ordered it "chef's choice" and I think it was cooked perfectly. The mashed potato's were addicting and the green beans were cooked perfectly. The service was also amazing. One guy overheard me talking about the gnocchi and showed me what it looked like. Just really friendly and super attentive without being overbearing. We will be back!
