“I had an event this weekend for 50 people and James’ catered the food. It was a brunch, that included pastries, muffins, fruit, sandwiches, and quiches. The food was outstanding!!!!! James helped me plan the menu, he was accommodating, and everything was exactly as promised. The cost was extremely reasonable. I strongly recommend James’ without hesitation if you needed a caterer!!!! Thank you James, well done!!!!!“

“Deff should be remodeled but if you like 80s themed diners deff the place to go. Food was great, the only woman staff was there was pretty attentive. I'd drive 30 minutes to eat here weekly. So worth its price is fair. My eggs were cooked exactly how I ordered them too a little well done. Overall very satisfied highly recommend.“

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a breakfast place on Sunday, but were trying to avoid long wait times. We stumbled across Caspian and gave it a try. It was quiet inside but it felt really homey. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks and everything was AMAZING. Everything felt deliciously homemade and I like how authentic this place feels. Everything was crazy cheap here too, well worth the trip!!!“

“Monday morning in Providence, and I needed biscuits with gravy, and a spot I could set my laptop up for an hour. It was early enough (and not a weekend thankfully) that I accomplished this here. “While I cannot discuss the atmosphere because I had the food delivered from Uber Eats. But I can tell you, this food is so delicious. Prepared with very good ingredients. I got both the almond and I got a Turkey sandwich, piled high with really good homemade. I could tell it was homemade.
Roasted Turkey.
On rye bread it was delicious. I got hollandaise sauce for the omelet.It was incredibly good. . When I had called to have the people adjust my order to accommodate me with low sodium and a couple changes to what I wanted. They were very, very nice.
As well. Just for the food alone I would recommend this incredible restaurant for breakfast and or for lunch. I've been in the restaurant advertising and promotion business. A long long time, I am 74 years old.
And I know this is just my opinion.But it's a really good place“

“i give you 4.5 stars,but havent figured out how to change it!LOL😄with all due respect,but i feel the poor review given about the handicap parking and lost wallet is unfair and it seems to me she was just looking for things to complain about,just dont go back and leave it at that because it can happen anywhere else! the parking ,I understand,but the landlord is the only one that is restonsibleso there is wheretheomplaint should be be given each store or restaurant paysrent for he space provided,there is only so much the leasee is able to control , I would thinkand must get approval to make any physical changes,without approval from the landlord...about the lost wallet I cdeem carelessness! no,I will not hesitate to speak up defending the womderful young women and over all service because I've enjoyed ALL my visits here very much!Going as frequently as I dñ do,I've become familiar with some of the waitresses(Maddy,Amanda,Shaudeh) you are fantastic,i appreciate the friendliness,interest,willingness to chat shortly ,and great service you have given, my I've always left satisfied,full and a smile!😊The last few Saturdays I was not able to visit,just weren't the same,to me!🤷🏽 it's a great place to refuel after the gym,keep up the great work,young women❤❤❤,make sure you share!LOLi look forward to return soon again! “We had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our waiter, Alex. He was absolutely amazing and really made our visit enjoyable. Alex was on point the entire time, attentive to everything we needed, and handled each request promptly with a positive attitude.
