I’ve been to Skyroc twice and really enjoyed going both times! I love that it’s a small local place and it’s neat that it’s both a brewery and distillery. We came in the evening in a weeknight and a Friday night and the atmosphere was great each time! I will say I wish it was open later. This place is amazing. Best of both worlds - brewery & distillery!! Great selection of beer. The spirits at the distillery are great - and the "roctails" are fantastic! Highly recommend. Comfortable and plenty of seats. Staff were very helpful with great recommendations.
