We really liked coming here for brown sugar tea with tapioca pearls but the last 3 times (all different times of the day) we have came the same worker says they’re all out of the tapioca pearls. Once she mentioned they haven’t been prepared yet and it takes over 30 minutes. Do you just not supply the store with the tapioca pearls anymore or are the workers not preparing them?!

Hi, I just wanted to say I’ve been a customer at Tutti Frutti for over 3 + years, and I’ve never experienced service as great as I did yesterday evening. The young lady and young man working were both so kind, welcoming, and professional. Also, when I asked for the number to contact you , the young lady looked a little nervous, so I just wanted to make sure she knows she did absolutely nothing wrong , quite the opposite actually!
