While, at first once this review may not seem like a good one, I want to give a big shout out to Montilio‘s bakery in Avon. Due to a small mixup with a pick up date for an order of pastries for a party, when I arrived to pick up my order, it was not ready, but the people working quickly helped me come up with an alternative at no extra charge. Mistakes happen and they handled it professionally and efficiently and I’m grateful!!! Will absolutely use them again. Thanks to Atyia and crew for your amazing customer service!

The girl working here was beyond rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her by making a purchase. When asking prices of items, she was vague and annoyed.

It's always a joy to go to this restaurant. I grabbed some cupcakes for my wife and pizza for my children. They loved it I will definitely keep this place in my rotation.

Top quality bakery and lunch entrees. When I am in the area, Montilio’s is my favorite place.

I was very disappointed on how they were arguing about the size of a cake and not sure on the pricing of it and ur big company and don’t need that kinda of customer service in front of customers didn’t like the service that was provided today so I didn’t purchase the cake

I couldn't believe the length of the wait to grab some food. There were so many employees with no direction. The line was not very long so I'm not understanding where the problem lies. I wasn't impressed with the m&m cookie and I definitely wouldn't recommend the oven baked grilled cheese .

I was at the Jordan's Furniture location on Friday, March 31st. Around 2pm, I ordered an Italian Sub. At a cost of $12.00.The menu description is as follows. Mortadella, Salami, Capicola, roasted peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, drizzled with EVOO & Italian seasonings. (Hots optional)I ordered it with everything but lettuce.I got home and opened the sandwich. I got the following (and this was on each side of the sandwich.)1 slice of each of salami, prosciutto, mortadalla, and provolone cheese, a half of slice of tomato on each side of the sub, and a total of 11 pieces of a chopped onion. No seasoning. No oil... (See the attached picture for reference)Not only does this not even match the menu description, but at most, there is probably about $2.00 worth of Italian cold cuts on this sub for the price of $12.00...I am sooo disappointed...Montilio's you get zero star's...MONTILIO'S YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER. Ordered a whole BBQ chicken pizza and some pastries. The lemon cake is addicting, and we couldn't believe how good the pizza is! Great find.

What an adorable place!!! They had a great selection and CJ was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be back for some more treats!!!?

To wait 30 mins in line is crazy. They have 2 people working on a Friday afternoon before Christmas. The lady at the register is amazing and doing 3 jobs while an unpleasant lady gets the pasties. I wouldn’t recommend to eat here during the enchanted visit. However the cheese pizza was pretty good.
