Rude and ignorant staff. Worst customer service!!! Never coming here again and won’t give you any more business. The line literally just closed in front of me. My child was crying for one pop. I begged them to sell me just ONE pop. The employees all told each other not to sell it to me and turned around to ignore us. Horrible and heartless people!
Update: my friend walked in 5 minutes after I left and they sold it to her!! So you’re not going to sell to a crying kid, but you will reopen your line 10 mins later for a grown adult?!

Cookies were hard and not fresh. The pastries were good, we paid $20 for a few items. I don’t mind the cost but don’t serve a week old hard as a rock cookie.

While, at first once this review may not seem like a good one, I want to give a big shout out to Montilio‘s bakery in Avon. Due to a small mixup with a pick up date for an order of pastries for a party, when I arrived to pick up my order, it was not ready, but the people working quickly helped me come up with an alternative at no extra charge. Mistakes happen and they handled it professionally and efficiently and I’m grateful!!! Will absolutely use them again. Thanks to Atyia and crew for your amazing customer service!

The girl working here was beyond rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her by making a purchase. When asking prices of items, she was vague and annoyed.

It's always a joy to go to this restaurant. I grabbed some cupcakes for my wife and pizza for my children. They loved it I will definitely keep this place in my rotation.
Top quality bakery and lunch entrees. When I am in the area, Montilio’s is my favorite place.

I was very disappointed on how they were arguing about the size of a cake and not sure on the pricing of it and ur big company and don’t need that kinda of customer service in front of customers didn’t like the service that was provided today so I didn’t purchase the cake
