Great coffee, as always, and the service was quick since I was the only one in there. But they were out of the regular milk (not that big a deal) and the place was filthy. No one swept the floors, let alone washed them in a while. The napkin holders were empty and what was left was all over the floor. I didn't plan on siting down (long way home to PA), but I saw that the tables weren't cleaned in a while either.Overall, this store looked run down and forgotten. Full disclosure...read full review
The service in am depends on who is working. One shorter woman dark hair I think a manger is super kind. Another taller older female employee at the drive through is always rude - rude on speaker rude at the window. I have gone a ton of times and same attitude no matter what - I will drive to the Ayer dunkin before I ever go back.

The drive through person seemed so put out by us driving up and ordering. Had us sitting at the window forever before coming to fake money. Never said hello or sorry for the wait, just ignored us. She was doing something inside and only one other car behind us. Coffee was hot but didn't have the standard amount of sugar and cream. Meh. Glad to just drive through and not have this one as my regular stop.
