Orders incorrect more often than not. Very long wait most days.
Felix was a great help to me and multiple other customers in the short time I was in the lobby. His customer service, communication and organizational skills were beyond impressive as managed to tackle multiple requests at once efficiently and with kindness.
Twice this week, I drove away with nothing while waiting at the drive-through menu for more than five minutes each time to have a simple one coffee order taken with no cars in front of me. The only response I got from the person on the speaker was one sec, so yeah, made me late for work twice thanks, Ron.
