Wendy's is a reliable fast food option that serves great food, including their popular chicken biscuits and breakfast baconater. The staff is friendly and helpful, with cashiers willing to offer suggestions and ensure a satisfying meal. While the dining area may have some limitations, the restaurant still provides a convenient spot for a quick lunch. With a variety of options, including freestyle soda machines, Wendy's is a step up from other fast food chains.
The restaurant has recently undergone an upgrade, with the location looking nicer from the outside. Customers have noticed improvements in the speed of service, especially during lunch and dinner. However, some customers have experienced longer wait times for breakfast orders.
The manager, Mike, has received high praise from customers for his excellent customer service. He is described as consistently pleasant, polite, and professional, always striving to make things right for the customers while also supporting the Wendy's brand.
