Nelson the manager there is rude, ignorant and overall has a bad attitude. I go to this chick fil a a lot and my last experience was not good they messed up the entire order, I called spoke with a manager, the offered me cards and I said I'll just take care of it next time. Well next time came and.Nelson treated me like I was trying to hustle him out of a cpl sandwiches. It extremely disturbing and out right distasteful! Nelson has poor customer service skills and I don't think I'm going to go to a place that messes up my order and then accuses me of lying about it!

Issue is that due to language barrier they often give you the wrong order. Management really needs to find a way to display the order at the pick up window for the customers at the drive through, so we can visually verify that we have the correct order.

It used to be great service when it first opened but now I never get what I have ordered! It happens every time, I got a totally different product than what I asked for.
Food was hot fresh and so tasty! Service was great by very friendly staffs. We were traveling with kids and this restaurant was very helpful with a convenient location.
