Ordered a chicken sandwich Deluxe. Lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese. Chicken was mushy in middle. Bun greasy with butter or oil? Y? & lettuce slicked with grease. Skin on pickle chips hard to chew. For me going to Chic-fil-a is a treat, but this was disappointing and not worth the money
😡Expect only a quarter of your waffle fries to be whole pieces that are Strategically covered over the remaining tiny broken pieces. That’s How they do it here and it has never changed. 🙄 Paying in cash? Most often than not, you will not get the right change back. Happened to me again today. The help absolutely can’t give the correct change back when Giving coins so that you only get bills back. 🤬Check your bag before you leave the takeout window at drive-through. Good chance that your requested sauces are not in the bag or they are wrong. ✅ I’m no longer going here.

It takes a bit for me to give a negative review, but this earned it. As I am standing in line, the menu showed exactly what I wanted. A plain chicken sandwich with pickles, waffle fries and a drink. The picture showed a nice, healthy, juicy chicken sandwich, and what I recieved was the opposite. I got a tiny, flat, over fried piece of chicken in the sandwich. You just can't mistake good from great when the bread dominates the sandwich. Extremely unsatisfying. McD's has far better chicken sandwiches. The waffle fries were pretty good, fast service, but definitely not worth that pathetic sandwich. I wish I could post the pictures I took to prove my point.

Every time I order anything online, there’s always something missing or incorrect. Incorrect sauces, missing items, most of the time it’s only found out after I get home over 20 mins away. The kids that work there just never seem to be paying attention.
