The food was the “ worst “ we have ever had at Olive Garden and we have been to many!
The endless salad had old greens mix with newer greens, rotted tomatoes and the dressing was not it’s usual delicious taste—it had so much vinegar you couldn’t eat it!
The shrimp was under cooked with a pink tinge and an unusual flavor. The pasta and asparagus was good but had no garlic flavor whatsoever. It was not only disappointing but a complete waste of money.
The waitress was informed about the salad and brought back a plain salad with a different dressing however the quality of the produce was still subpar at best!

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this Olive Garden was frustrating enough to warrant one. The service was incredibly slow—our server had trouble refilling more than one soda at a time. More concerning, though, was what happened at the end of our meal. Instead of letting us split the bill ourselves at the table kiosk, the server took the device and processed everything himself. When the bills came back, my friend—whose meal should have cost around $30—was charged over $50.

We asked for itemized receipts and noticed we’d been charged for six salads. The server claimed his manager had accidentally added three extra salads during checkout, and said they had been refunded. Whether it was a mistake or not, the whole situation felt shady and left a bad impression. I’ll be hesitant to return to this location.

We’re all young college students and people of color, and it genuinely felt like we were being taken advantage of. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I’ll be very hesitant to return to this location.

We will not be dining at this location again. Be aware that if you order “unlimited” soup and salad but anyone shares any bit of these starters within your group, they’ll try to charge everyone for an entire extra salad. Not sure if this is a policy thing, management thing, or waiter thing, but we were told it was the manager’s fault.

When we were seated, we were automatically served breadsticks and salad for our table. Our party of 9 ordered an entree each, 5 of us ordered unlimited soups, and 4 ordered unlimited salad. In the middle of the meal, the waiter came by and took our kiosk from us (we didn’t think anything of it, but this became relevant later on). The bill at the end had two extra salads added, which we asked the waiter about. When we asked to talk to a manager, the waiter threatened that the manager would charge us for even more salads.

We then asked for the kiosk back, one member of our party ended up paying for the two extra salads originally added to the bill. However, our waiter ended up adding at least THREE salads onto three different checks without telling us and did not allow us to view the itemized check, per person at the time of payment. We can only assume that he had originally taken the kiosk away from us so he could take one card from the table and process the payment on his own without us asking questions about each charge. He tried to leave after we paid, but the only reason why we were able to dispute at the location was because we asked for itemized receipts per person after some guests in our party noticed they paid upwards of $50 for what should’ve been a $30 bill at most (we believe this member of the party was charged for two extra salads, while the other two who were overcharged were only charged for one). The waiter ended up returning with refunds for the three extra salads. We can only assume that he would’ve left with us paying for 5 extra salads total if we didn’t flag it.

Aside from this egregious, scammy behavior, service throughout the meal was poor. We weren’t offered any cheese on top of our salads or pasta, we were never asked if we wanted refills (on bottomless non-alcoholic drinks, salads, and soups), and we had to flag our waiter down ourselves for most of the night. The restaurant was not very busy at all at the time.

I am an avid Olive Garden enjoyer. This is a restaurant that I hold very dear to my heart and is a go to for me in a lot of situations. However, this location has exceptionally failed all standards that Olive Gardens of the past have succeeded at. First we asked for bottomless salads with our meal. Not only did we not get the number of salads we asked for, but we were charged for 6 extra salads on top of that because we apparently shared a few leaves amongst ourselves. We were also coerced into tipping more than we wanted to and were not aware of the charges that were made. The server took away the kiosk to individually overcharge to certain members of our party. He also was not able to fill more than one drink at a time which should be something that is required amongst waiters in a high pressure environment. We also got no cheese when the table right next to us got cheese from the same waiter. This deceptive behavior is disgusting and abhorrent, and something that I find personally offending. The manager was blamed but we never saw her, but reading other reviews, I realized this is not uncommon behavior at this location. The waiter was clearly nervous, probably because we caught them in the act of trying to swindle us out of our hard earned money. We confronted the coward about this issue and they folded but not before he pressured each member of our party into tipping more than we wanted. I didn't even eat salad and they claimed I ate salad. I didn't go to Olive Garden to get accused and overcharged, I came here to get a meal.

Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS. Came here with a group of 9 and had the most terrible experience. Four of us ordered salads to start, while 5 of us ordered soups to start, and some of us shared appetizers. However, we only received 3 salads total, and were upchaged SIX SALADS (over $60 in salad price). The waiter blamed it on the manager for being strict and saying anyone who didn't order salad and ate it was charged for an extra salad (Over $9 each salad, even when some of us only had a few pieces of lettuce). This makes NO sense, since even though we shared, we ordered 4 salads total and only received 3. They also tried to HIDE this fact from us; the waiter took the kiosk at our table in the middle of our meal to prevent us from paying ourselves, and then didn't show us itemized receipts when we asked for the kiosk back to split the bill ourselves. After we asked for an itemized receipt, the waiter got nervous and refunded some of the salad prices (again blaming the manager for being strict). We asked to speak to the manager and he threatened that if we talked to her, we might be upcharged MORE. Additionally, service was so poor; we received no cheese (even though the same waiter served cheese to the tables around us), never received refills unless we asked, didn't receive mints at the end, and never had our waters refilled. Overall, we were are extremely disappointed that we were almost scammed over $60, just because some of us ate some of each other's salads??? And they would have gotten away with it if we didn't ask for the kiosk back or for our itemized receipts. This was the first time some of my friends visited Olive Garden and they will never come back because of this location.

This was my first time visiting an Olive Garden. I went with friends, and I had heard great things from them.

The food was good—no complaints there.

However, our experience with the service was concerning. Our server attempted to add extra items to our bill without our knowledge. Despite our total being around $200, the final charge came out to about $350. When we asked to split the bill, the server took the kiosk and handled the payments himself, not allowing us to review the charges. He also pressured us to tip 20%.

One of my friends, whose meal should have been about $30 after tax, was charged over $50.

When we asked for an itemized receipt, the server claimed that the manager had somehow added the extra charges but had then processed the refunds.

In summary, be cautious when visiting this location, and speak up to make sure you see each item charge.

Be aware if you play the game on the tablet they leave on the table. It charges $3 without any previous disclaimer. Very bad!!!!

I just had dinner at this location and I will admit that the person who served me provided good service, but I have been here many times and the service was atrocious. It seems like there is an inverse proportionality between how young and attractive your server is and the service you receive. The younger more attractive waitresses tend to be more interested in their phones than they are serving you. When you provide them a tip proportional to the service they provide you ($0) the entitlement kicks in and they get upset. Whenever I go, I actually check who is serving at the bar first... if it's an older woman, I go to the bar... if it's a young attractive girl staring at her phone, I roll the dice with who I end up with. I usually pick this place because they aren't that busy so I can get a seat or table quickly but you do pay a price with the service from the young entitled employees.

It’s a classic Olive Garden, you know what you get. However, our waiter had their first day and I was surprised that she was not supervised by anyone while taking orders. We could barely hear what she said..

Great food and customer service. Osmar our server was amazing, very friendly and welcoming!

Ordered soups toscana bowl of soup to-go. The container was mostly very salty broth with a little bit of sausage and potatoe. Since the order was to-go, I gave my newly renovated great room atmosphere 5*. I’ll probably never order soup to-go from OG again as they do not appear to have any quality control?
