I loved their pesto Chicken panini until I found a FINGERNAIL in one. I went back to complain. The manager was on vacation….they said the owner would call me. He never did. They offered me a free soda. Seriously? I still have the fingernail … And I am looking for a lawyer.

Im giving Palios pizza 4 stars. The pizza is very good. They've been in Hyannis forever. They mildly screwed up my order tonight (shit happens). But Jennifer made everything right. Customer service is important to me. Patios and Jennifer are Top Notch!

Extremely Disappointing
Imagine my dismay to get my pizza home and open the box to find my pepperoni pizza was instead sprinkled with a meager portion of diced green peppers.
Really? You thought I ordered a PEPPER pizza? Does that sound right? I guess the other 2 syllables there were just white noise?
Not to mention that there are at least 4 different pepper options on the menu, and I was not asked to clarify which I apparently wanted.
