I lived down the street for over two years and I’ve never been here before, today I came in for the first time and I can see what I was missing. I had the cotuit croissant and I couldn’t believe how good it was. staff is friendly, food is fresh and delicious. there is a bit of wait to get a table but it’s worth it. I’ll be back for sure.

One of those places you can tell is popular with the locals and tourists. The food is good (and cheap) the coffee is wonderful. Nice happy servers just bouncing around being cheery during a morning meal. Would highly recommend it, though I can see it being a place that has long waits, so just be prepared for that.

Having read all impressive reviews, we definitely wanted to try this place out and went there for breakfast. Ordered benny eggs - with the side of bacon (it was not included), where eggs were perfectly pouched - no complaints - but something off was with the hollandaise sauce…the breakfast worked out ok, however it lacked that wow factor or something special that I expected based on reviews - this turned out to be a pricey breakfast with cold home fries (55 for two excluding...
