Our waiter was not only an excellent waiter, but extremely humorous with the guests. He had a way of teasing and joking with you that is a rare find. The food was truly spectacular. We had an exceptional experience at Villaggio last Wednesday evening. Our waiter, Tim, was helpful, humorous and attentive (without being too attentive!). The food was delicious and plentiful. We ate in one of the small intimate rooms where we were the only diners. I would highly recommend!
I've been really interested in trying this place for years and unfortunately it fell flat. Ordered two appetizers and one was a hit (crispy pork belly), and the other was a miss (stuffed pepper). From the drinks to our meals, the service was painfully slow. I'm not sure if it was understaffed, but it certainly did not appear to be busy.
