After having poor service and/or cold food, three times in a row, we have decided not to return. on Friday. Oct 24th, we sat at the bar. and waited at least half an hour for our food while the bartender didn't so much as glance at us. he was too busy chatting. our business isn't important enough. we will ho elsewhere
While I found only having the tavern part of the restaurant open, it was a bit cramped.
That being said, it was another spectacular night of dining. Great waitstaff, big portions, and delicious food. They never disappoint!
Went for lunch after the short winter break and was shocked at the changes to the menu. Many fewer choices which I can understand, but the pricing has gotten crazy for the average quality of the food. $8 for a small cup of chowder, $17 salads, and over $21 for a bacon cheeseburger with frozen fries. Sorry, Wimpy's, you've lost your way and gotten greedy.
