Great food and service, but the food took a while to come. The wait was worth it though!

This has quickly become our local spot we frequent once a month or so. They have great service, a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, creative drinks, and excellent food for the whole family, from my 3.5 year old, to my wife and my particular dietary preferences.

Had such a wonderful experience here recently. Nicole, who was tending bar and serving, was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the entire meal. She made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It really made the evening feel special. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Food is perfectly cooked, wait staff are there when you want without hovering. I like the outdoor dining. Gabriel made sure we had everything we needed. He was available without being intrusive. The whole meal was enjoyable. We felt well taken care of. The cold air draft was a bummer during our February visit.

Santiago at the bar was fantastic! He was so friendly and made us feel really welcome from the moment we sat down. The whole experience was just lovely, and he really added to that. Definitely coming back!

Cute restaurant in a cute street in Belmont. I loved the ambience and the restaurant was pretty busy for a weekday night. The menu was classic Italian American and definitely on the more expensive side. I had the a la vodka pasta which wasn’t very good to be honest - lacked depth, flavor, and tasted a little bland. Someone else at my table had the pesto which was good. Their brussel sprouts on their apps menu was classic. Wouldn’t get the artichoke app as it was a very small portion and didn’t taste very special.

The only thing that has ever bothered me about this place is that often the music they have playing over the speakers is bad and loud.

The food is just terrible. I don't know how else to say it. I'll conceived and poorly prepared. The waiter was gracious and understanding and didn't charge for the salmon entrée and pesto pasta entrée - both of which were inedible. How you could mess up either of these simple dishes I can't imagine. Any home cook could do better. Add insult to injury with 'special occasion' level pricing (in what is a neighborhood staple atmosphere). It's so disappointing and unacceptable. There are so many talented chefs who could turn this into the gem it deserves to be. Maybe they won't pay what a good chef deserves or they're impossible to work with and can't keep a good chef.

Amazing dinner. Wonderful indoor & outdoor dining space. (We sat outside). Started with the cheese plate, enjoyed the fish. The Brussel spouts were the perfect crispy
Solid neighborhood joint
Dining with friends at il Casale was splendid and the food delicious. I opted for a salad and asked for a side order of the, Tufoli Al Pomodoro. Yes, we can do that. It was a perfect meal combo!!
