I have to take time out to recognize the incredible service we just had at this location. I have a child with a sesame allergy which can sometimes make ramen restaurants a non-starter. After calling earlier in the day to check if we would be able to eat there, Devon from the staff made several calls to check on the allergens for our safety. She called us back to offer us several options that we could have.

Excellent customer service and the food was amazing
I keep going back to this place when I crave for Ramen. Tastes good, reasonable price. But sometimes the broth comes not hot enough for my liking. That’s the reason for 4 stars.

Ramen Haven is a restaurant that serves ramen and has a soft opening. The staff is welcoming, nice, friendly, and kind. The service is amazing, fast, and efficient. The restaurant handled orders well, even offering to deliver to Sudbury, and the food was delivered very quickly. The staff double and triple checked every order, and the restaurant is able to accommodate a sesame allergy, making it allergen friendly. The food is delicious, good, and fantastic. The ramen is top tier and tastes like home. The black garlic tonkotsu ramen is SO good, and the shoyu ramen paired with chicken gyoza is the best combo on the menu. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles have great texture. The portions are reasonable and satisfying, and the broths are very filling. The appetizers such as the Karaage and the Chicken Katsu are very good, lightweight, and tasty with the spicy mayo sauce. The gyoza are crispy on the outside with a delicious filling. The desserts are very sweet and tasteful. The Mango and Strawberry Banana yogurt drinks are amazing and very refreshing. The jasmine mist tea is super light and refreshing. The muddy milk, especially the brulee one, is the perfect sweet finish. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, though it is pretty small and tight inside. There is a variety of flavors. The only concern is one server who tends to talk a lot and sometimes interrupts other staff members, which can be disruptive. Overall, Ramen Haven is highly recommended for anyone craving excellent ramen in the Berlin area.
