“Alberto (one of the managers) was extremely helpful. There was an issue with my order, and he took this issue very seriously. He couldn’t retrieve my order again, but he took my order from my phone (app).I was beyond pleased with his service. I usually don’t do reviews, but this one was well deserved. I hope he gets far with the company. I also hope Burger King recognizes him, and his excellent customer service. I used to stay away from this particular Burger King due to the service, but today they have gained my attention. Well done Alberto. Honestly, well done.
