I went there today at 11:30 for lunch best service friendly and hot and fresh food I will definitely go back to this location I have never had a good experience at other fast food like I did today at the burger King rt128

It was 7 pm on a Thursday night and they only had 2 people in the building and still managed to give astounding service and were so kind. Honestly the workers at this restaurant don’t make nearly enough for what they have to put up with. I genuinely don’t even know what they get paid but whatever it is it’s not enough. A huge thank you from the couple in the silver Honda!
Update your hours or get employees who actually will work the hours posted. I came through at 10:45 pm (hours say open until 12) and was told they were closed unless you were picking up. I work late and sometimes fast food is my only option for dinner. Being rudely told to essentially go away when Im there in the hours reflected is WILD

The new manager, Shannon, there is a breath of fresh air from the old management, specifically, this guy named Keith. Shannon has really shown initiative and trying to bring this place to the full potential that it deserves. Every time I visit which is every morning because I love their breakfast despite the shortcomings that I used to experience. Now I met with a wonderful attitude and a determination that I haven’t seen before. She’s always smiling and cleaning and I love that. Bravo to you for picking that place up, I will be back and I will encourage my friends to do so as well
