Good Italian food here. But...In every restaurant I have ever eaten in, and I have eaten in many. When a plate is placed with a human hair on it in front of the customer and that customer has to wait while the food is replated and others in the party start eating. It is customarily expected for the restaurant to deduct from the bill as an apology. Not here. This surprised me and premotes my reluctance on returning.

BREAKFAST**To start, we waited 30+ mins for our entrees.. it was not busy. The food was not good, there was no flavor and the bacon was overcooked. I added soy of salt. The resturant itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. All in all, there are better locations to have breakfast, if you are a foodie. Management did address this problem.

Price was sky high and not justified by the quality of the food. I have no idea how this place is still in business-- the food is good but at that price? Please. The gem of the menu is the ricotta gnocchi. It's a solid 8/10. Nothing else really compares. Ambience is good, ceilings are high, the crowd is overwhelmingly older. Do not trust them when asking for wine. We asked for a light crisp white, something affordable (two recent grads already spending a bit on dinner). We were recommended three bottles and asked for the cheapest. Found out it was a 60$ bottle of wine being sold for under $20 at total wine, and NOT the least expensive of what we were offered.

The place was excellent. Trendy, warm environment with friendly and fast service. The food and drinks were amazing. This place is a gem. The calamari was the best I've ever had and I've had it at a lot of places! They didn't have arancini, which I was hoping to try, but everything else was so good I quickly forgot. I had chicken parm and, wow, it did not disappoint. The chocolate martini was delicious. It was some of the finest Italian food I've had. Also, bathrooms are very clean and maintained. I'm not local but I might make a trip up there again sometime just for this place!

Great first time experience. Maxed out with reservations for the main and bar, we were seated in the 'Outdoor Pavillion'. Winter rain outside, warm and open in the Pavillion. A nice extension of the main dining room. We look forward to returning in the spring and summer when the place will open up to the outdoors. Perfectly toasted bread and oil, 4 huge jumbo shrimp on a sauced plate, salads, chicken picatta. Everything was delicious, well prepared, and presented. The server was upbeat, knowledgeable, and attentive. Received a sincere thank you for coming in on our way out. Saturday night, packed, the staff did not miss a beat, no expected delays between courses. Will return with friends.

Everything was very good until we went to buy our bill. Beverly our server brought our check. We had $100 gift card which we asked to take off total bill and then split between 2 credit cards. Slips came back and both were signed when we noticed that $100 gift came off 1 check, not split. I believe it was straightened out correctly but if we hadn't seen both checks we would never have known about the mix up. And the other couple also did not like the kitchen charge. Thought it should be optional or restaurant should pay kitchen help better!

My wife and I had another wonderful experience at Rossetti's in Beverly tonight. Our waitress, Lauren, was so sweet and very attentive. The food was so delicious. It's hard to find really good Italian in this area and Rossetti's is the place. Our food was even delivered by the owner who clearly cared about each and every customer and their experience in his restaurant. It was a truly enjoyable date night and we will most definitely go back again. Thank you!

Had the veal saltimboca. Others had the pizza and salmon with salad. Really great service. We all enjoyed ourselves. Despite it being rather busy, we could carry on a conversation without any difficulty hearing each other...always a big plus!

Waitress and the entire staff were responsive and informative. The food was exceptional including coffee and desert. The drink and wine menu was excellent. A great dining experience from beginning to end.

Nothing bad to say, very attentive staff. Everything was done in a timely fashion, and it was quite elegant. It was a little noisy. That's the only thing I would say on the negative side.

I took my Mom here for dinner tonight for her belated Christmas gift. We had a superb dining experience. Kiara was our waitress, and she was very pleasant, professional and courteous. Fresh, warm bread with dipping oil was brought to our table, which was delicious. My Mom ordered a half Caesar Salad without Baby Kale. The salad came with bacon crumbs and oregano, croutons and Parmesan cheese, which was plenty for two people. The dressing was light on the garlic and anchovy paste, but the Romaine was fresh and crispy. Guests at a table next to us got the Arugula Salad to share, which looked divine. We drank water before and during our meal. Although, the drinks that were delivered to the tables around us looked fabulous with the garnishes and glassware chosen. I had the Lobster Fra Diavalo and it was to die for! The pasta was cooked to perfection (al dente), the red sauce was exquisite (being Italian American, I am very particular about my sauce and the chef delivered big time). My plate was chock full of lobster meat, which I enjoyed immensely! No skimping here whatsoever. My Mom got the Chicken Piccata, which was served over a bed of Rigatoni and Broccolini. She enjoyed her meal as well. The Piccata Sauce had just the right amount of lemon. My Mom was only able to finish one of the two chicken breasts. The chef deserves two thumbs up for this incredible meal. We would definitely go back, and I highly recommend that you pay Rossetti's a visit sometime soon.

Started with a couple drinks. The perfect pear and the Rossetti Old Fashioned, old fashioned was hands down the best I ever had.Burratta salad was very good.Main courses we chose Osso Buco and a special of duck with risotto. Duck came out with cold risotto, owner was very attentive and hard the dish fixed immediately, but still a 3.5/5. Osso Buco had all the flavors and was good, but definitely could have used an hour or two extra cook time.Zeppoli, while denser than expected was very good and perfect ending

One of the most incredible dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The waitress was friendly, helpful, and didn’t make us feel rushed. The owner Chris came over, introduced himself and explained the story of our entrees to us. Incredible wine list. I am a craft beer drinker and they had some great selections as well. The food was impeccable from start to finish. Calamari was tender and perfectly breaded. Lobster Buccatini was full of lobster flavor with big chunks of lobster meat. My partner and I split a serving and it was the perfect portion for us. Finished the night off with limoncello cake that was divine. Will be back and I highly encourage this restaurant if you’re looking for a romantic night out.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space between tables in one dining area. Saw someone in a wheelchair easily navigate the dining room to their table.
