Edit: I have to knock a couple stars off because of how bad they fell off. It’s so slow, the drive through is the longest ever because of constant technical difficulties. There’s never enough staff. I order my drink 10 mins before I get there and I still had to wait 20 mins IN THE store for them to finish it. 30 mins for a basic drink is insane. There’s no reason why 1 of the 2 passing off drinks can’t do the ice teas and frappes for the lady who was busting...read full review
Incredible customer service. Couldn’t read her name tag, it was either Melissa or Melina.. I accidentally ordered online to the wrong location. I offered to go get it but Melina/Melissa told me not to worry about it and she would take care of it and made it really fast for me. Thank you!!
