Whenever I come to this Starbucks to pick up a mobile order or delivery, I end up standing around for 15+ minutes and no one acknowledges me. I watch people come in, get served and leave.. it’s very frustrating. Quality is also inconsistent, for premium prices we expect a premium product, every time.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. No sense of urgency, very slow took 45 mins to get my order. And there was no heat in the store after a storm. I don't think there's been a time that I've come here in the past year that they've had the drink that I order every time it's always out of stock. Their line is always horribly long and there's like one person working the cash register, and one person making food and drinks it's just chaos prepared to wait a half an hour for a drink literally.

Nice Vibe and feel to this location. I did enjoy the friendly staff and they made my drinks 100% accurate as always at Starbucks….. highly recommended this location.

Siren Song

I have been to this Starbucks a few times and never really had any issues until today. Aside from waiting for almost 30 minutes to order/receive my drinks and food, I ordered my latte with coconut milk as I have a milk allergy. I watched the barista pick up a jug of regular milk as she was making my drink. Just to verify for myself, I opened the lid to smell it, and of course, I was right... it was regular milk. When I asked for it to be re-made with coconut milk they argued and lied right to my face instead of just remaking the drink. She did remake it, but made me feel like I was bothering her and it ended up tasting awful and ultimately undrinkable . Right, wrong or indifferent you should never argue with the customer. Especially when they are WAITING for SO LONG and PAYING the premium prices for your product. To top it all off my husband had spoiled milk in his Frappucinno so he couldn't drink it and his breakfast wrap was soggy and mostly bread. I will not be returning to this location.

Rebel Runner

Wow. What a disaster. I was given a Frappuccino that was clearly made with spoiled dairy. It made my whole car stink. I took one sip and cringed. Oof. I had also purchased a breakfast wrap. The wrap was a soggy mess and there was some white and green glob stuck to a piece of bacon. I hadn't been to Starbucks in years and now I remember why. Shame on them. For the price,the customer deserves much better.
