Zack(h?) absolutely made my day. A pleasure to interact with first thing in the morning, very friendly, and patient while I fumbled with my scan payment. I’m always happy with the service at this Starbucks but Zack was exceptional.
I asked for the paradise Drink they gave me the pinnaple passion fruit drink if they didn't know how to make it the person should of just said so would of saved my family some $$ my husband came home and showed me the drink they gave him and said they said the passion drink is the pinaple passion fruit drink which they are both not the same drink they are completely different one has coconut milk in it and the other has water in it next time just would appreciate if the women...read full review

Whenever I come to this Starbucks to pick up a mobile order or delivery, I end up standing around for 15+ minutes and no one acknowledges me. I watch people come in, get served and leave.. it’s very frustrating. Quality is also inconsistent, for premium prices we expect a premium product, every time.
