This location has a serious issue with the volume of the music here.. They only have one speaker and they blair it all the time.. The manger refuses to lower the volume .. Because they want to be able to hear it behind the counter.. Its a major distraction .. Trust me i get it im in a coffee house .. But Geez .. you would think they would just lower the volume .. You can cut the attitude with a knife when you ask them .. Starbucks is definately in need of some SENSITIVITY training...read full review
