I work in the area about once a month and my family has fallen in love with their brisket and “soon-to-be-famous” pasta salad. I also always enjoy their special sandwiches 🥪 😋 🤤
Stopped in for lunch on a Friday and, wow, great bbq. I think the food is up there with Rusty Can and BT's Smokehouse. Got the pulled pork and brisket plate. I tend to judge bbq by the brisket and it's like 9.5+/10 here. The smoked wings on special were great. Usually they turn out a bit rubbery but these were good. I plan to be back often!
We are from Texas and I grew up in Lockhart Texas which is considered the BBQ capital of the World!!! This is hands down the best BBQ I’ve had outside of Texas! It would definitely give the pit masters in Texas a run for their money! Great job Brian! You and your crew make a nice quality product and we will see you again soon!!
