It had been a few weeks since they opened before I made my last visit. They employed the most incompetent staff both times I went. Things took a complete turn for the unexpected today! We were greeted by a very helpful and kind woman who took our order. The usual high-quality cuisine arrived promptly. Due to the nature of the task at hand, my guest and I remained there for over fifteen minutes with our laptops propped open. There was never any pressure or urgency to have us go....

One of my favourite food outlets, when in Massachusetts you simply must try the lobster mac and cheese. Their kitchen sink cookies are another delicious treat. Their drinks are refillable

I go here for coffee and a bagel while my wife gets her hair done. I keep coming back and enjoy the great coffee and bagel. My wife bought me a gift card because she knew I enjoyed it here so much. The people are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Panera
