“Excellent food service. Great staff. I come here all the time and never once have an issue. Although last week a kid was throwing a tantrum and verbally belittling a worker there. So sad. These workers work so hard and deserve at least SOME RESPECT. Guess it's also a dying thing along with manners.“

“More of a 4.3/5 stars, donut toppings and varieties are amazing, each month a curated set of "special" themed donuts release. Wish there was more layers of flavor in the base dough recipes before the toppings are added on. Other than that, I would grab a donut here any day, seevice is impeccable. Creme Brulee is my go to!“

“The place is clean, the coffee is 100% better then Dunkin, the donuts are bigger and better then Dunkin. The service is wonderful. Theres a girl that works there I believe her name is Michelle, she waits on me more times then non, this girl works harder then any other person there. The other worker r great, but this girl buzzes around, taking care of customers faster, while helping the other workers and she always has a smile and a kind word.“

“I travel a half hour each way to get these doughnuts. They are the best doughnuts around. The size of the regular doughnuts are double from what you get at Dunkin's or Honey Dew nevermind their jumbo doughnuts. They are like 4 regular sized doughnuts in one.

They always have a special doughnut every time I visit.“

“Visited as part of the RI Food Fights iced coffee celebration. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for a chain restaurant, but the iced coffee was delicious! Great choice of flavors and our server went above and beyond with her friendliness and helpfulness. Also got an egg and cheese wrap which was head and shoulders above egg and cheese wraps at a chain competitor, and I was quite impressed by the whole experience. 5/5“

“I love this honey dew. I’m such a coffee snob and they are so much better than Dunkin or Starbucks or any other coffee shop in the area. This honey dew in my favorite. “I visit this location at least 5x’s a week. The crew is great. They can get through a line I’m no time. Absolutely remarkable at knowing people’s orders. “Sometimes those sandwich orders slow things down. This store seems to be heavy on the cream in an ice coffee. Tastes more like coffee milk. And the individual creamers are not the same cream you put in the coffee. I'll put 4 in a large and they do not really change the color much. Next time I'll have to ask for half of usual cream. Bakery products are excellent and very large, lately I'm a fan of the coffee roll!“

“This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special care is put into every order“
