“I can't say enough about Betty's. It's our Cheers, minus the liquor mind you! Breakfast is always awesome, I suggest the corned beef hash, and Italian toast (huge!), made fresh on the premises! The Breakfast sandwich bagels are huge and prepared to perfection.... Coffee, either a straight up cup of Joe, or flavored, also awesome. The lunch menu is pretty straight forward, burgers, always a home made soup and daily specials. The meatloaf and American Chop Suey are two of my favorites, and I love their BLT's! There's actually bacon a plenty on them, you don't have to go searching through the lettuce to find it! My wife and I can't get enough of the place. Amanda, who's the cheif cook and bottle washer, is the most amazing woman. She's always serving the community as well as her customers. The wait staff are personal and thorough, always there with a fresh pour of coffee and a wonderful smile! Great food, great staff and a great experience.“

“Excellent food service. Great staff. I come here all the time and never once have an issue. Although last week a kid was throwing a tantrum and verbally belittling a worker there. So sad. These workers work so hard and deserve at least SOME RESPECT. Guess it's also a dying thing along with manners.“

“More of a 4.3/5 stars, donut toppings and varieties are amazing, each month a curated set of "special" themed donuts release. Wish there was more layers of flavor in the base dough recipes before the toppings are added on. Other than that, I would grab a donut here any day, seevice is impeccable. Creme Brulee is my go to!“

“Very happy today. When I came in, there was a line it around 8 ish going to be 9. The lady making sandwiches looked around and asked if anyone wanted a sandwich. I raised my hand, and she smiled and politely asked what I’d like. She was super nice, and thanks to her I got my sandwiches earlier really appreciated that!

The workers communicated well too. No yelling or attitude this time. The last time I came, I gave a bad review because of a worker yelling, but now I’ve changed my mind. The new worker made the experience so much better.

“The place is clean, the coffee is 100% better then Dunkin, the donuts are bigger and better then Dunkin. The service is wonderful. Theres a girl that works there I believe her name is Michelle, she waits on me more times then non, this girl works harder then any other person there. The other worker r great, but this girl buzzes around, taking care of customers faster, while helping the other workers and she always has a smile and a kind word.“

“Visited as part of the RI Food Fights iced coffee celebration. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for a chain restaurant, but the iced coffee was delicious! Great choice of flavors and our server went above and beyond with her friendliness and helpfulness. Also got an egg and cheese wrap which was head and shoulders above egg and cheese wraps at a chain competitor, and I was quite impressed by the whole experience. 5/5“

“I visit this location at least 5x’s a week. The crew is great. They can get through a line I’m no time. Absolutely remarkable at knowing people’s orders. “Sometimes those sandwich orders slow things down. This store seems to be heavy on the cream in an ice coffee. Tastes more like coffee milk. And the individual creamers are not the same cream you put in the coffee. I'll put 4 in a large and they do not really change the color much. Next time I'll have to ask for half of usual cream. Bakery products are excellent and very large, lately I'm a fan of the coffee roll!“

“This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special care is put into every order“
