My pizza was good, great bartender service, wish there were more draft options, but it's sufficient. Pricey, but expected from an airport bar. They have plugs, wifi, laptop space, etc.

I gave it three stars because the sandwich was good. But they ran out of bagels for breakfast. Was it intentional? A bagel sandwich is about $8 and a breakfast sandwich is $16. Great way to make more money. I find it unprofessional and ignorant for not having available products. Really, you only have four items for breakfast!

One bite, everyone knows the rules.Surprisingly solid crisp for a Neapolitan style. ZERO FLOP. Good use of parm and fresh mozzarella. Good sauce but a little light use of it.Monster score: 9.3/10

Ordered a side of fries, famous garlic bread, pepperoni pizza, and spaghetti. All of it was very very good. I was impressed. Best airport food i’ve ever had.

Excruciatingly slow. Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich at the counter before I had to leave without it.

My waitress Katherine was so wonderful, as was the manager Monica! I had a great latte and the service was above and beyond expectations - they really care about their service, it had a personal touch that was a breath of fresh air - especially Monica, she had a wonderful way about her l really appreciated.

The most uninspired burger I’ve ever had. I love burgers and I don’t think I’ve ever not finished one and I left a couple bites of it. Looks pretty solid but just flavorless.Pickle was solid. Generous portion of fries but just standard frozen fries. All for 20.87$ (before tip) place is a rip off.

My expectation for airport dining is so low, but Alta Strada is pretty decent. I ordered a glass of wine and a baby arugula salad, which was nothing fancy; just arugula, parmesan, and some light dressing. Super filling portion, and the service was very fast. They have tables, but I opted to sit at the bar. As a plus, they have multiple TVs, which was nice because I wanted to watch football before my flight. Will definitely come here again if I fly out of BOS.

Requested the Alta Old Fashioned. The bartender said they didn't have any bitters and suggested just the same bourbon on the rocks without the rest of the ingredients. I accepted, then found that there was a 1.25 up charge for fewer ingredients. $18.25 for a single seemed pretty steep. Pasta was good.

Ratings are low for some reason. But my experience was good; I only tried their garlic bread though, that was pretty good.

Waited 20 minutes for service, another 40 waiting for my food that I've watched sitting in the kitchen window for over 20 mins. The service at this place is beyond slow. Unacceptable.

Sitting at the bar and plugged in my computer to have the bartender tell me it’s dine in service only. My husband ordered a drink and I didn’t feel like getting anything. While on the same ticket, she would not let me sit at the bar with him unless I ordered something. Not busy, plenty of seats open. At $20/glass of wine, I think I’ll pass for place to sit (pic below). Back to the terminal I went while my husband had to sit and finish his drink by himself. I will be sure to steer clear of this restaurant in the future.

The food was truly appalling- I have had better food in a hospital. I’ve been to their locations in Boston and thought it would be a similar experience - incredibly disappointed. It seems they are using their name recognition to lure folks in and then serving barely edible food at very high price points.

The drink was great! The poor waitress was trying to serve so many people that forgot some of us. But still a great spot to kill time while you wait for the flight.
