The Amar has an exquisite high ceiling interior and besides the food and service, that is definitely what you are paying for. The service was great, friendly, and efficient. And the appetizers and desert were also really good. However, I was a little disappointed in the cod fish main course. It was quite hard and tasted more toward a grilled fish than cod. But nonetheless I had a good experience, especially with the hospitality I received right when I exited the 17th floor lifts.
I mean how stunning!!! Although I only went for dessert & cocktails. I can't rave enough about how professional and welcoming the staff was. The place is breathe taking, was so happy I took great content!

From the hosts to our server, and the rest of the staff, service was impeccable, with just the right amount of touch. Ambiance and food were excellent as well. You have to try the seafood custard! Will definitely be back!
