Waitress was pleasant. Food was satisfactory, but the meals took a long time to come out. Almost felt like the order was forgotten. My daughter was brought the wrong order, and she ordered a Shirley Temple but the bar was out of grenadine (it was 5 at night).
Our waiter MICHAEL was very attentive. This is the perfect place to go for a quick bite to eat before a show or sporting event at TD Garden. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone if you're looking for a high energy bar atmosphere. While managed well run, we will be back.
Our server moved us to another table since he was leaving. We waited over an hour for someone to come by and check on us to order and refill drinks. After we finally flagged someone down they seemed annoyed and said they would refill our drinks and find our server. 30 minutes later we still hadn't received our drinks or had a server come to us. A very nice server named Michael noticed we were unattended to and apologized profusely and got us our food and drinks. We love Banners...
